Account Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for the security of their Shaiya Kronos accounts and login credentials.

Never share your password or account information with other players. Staff members will never request your password.

Any losses resulting from voluntarily sharing account credentials may be considered the player's responsibility.

Scamming & Fraud

Scamming, impersonation, fraudulent trades, fake offers, and intentionally misleading another player for personal gain are serious violations.

Players should verify trades carefully before confirming them. Staff may investigate reports involving scams and fraudulent activity and may take action against confirmed offenders.

Attempting to impersonate Staff members, GMs, moderators, or official Kronos representatives is strictly prohibited.

Harassment & Toxic Behavior

Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, targeted bullying, excessive provocation, and disruptive behavior toward players or Staff will not be tolerated.

Competitive trash talk is not an excuse for personal attacks, discrimination, threats, or sustained harassment.

Staff may take action when behavior clearly crosses the line from normal PvP rivalry into targeted abuse.

Language Policy

English is the primary language for global server communication.

English should be used in Trade Chat, Help Chat, Raid Leader communications, and other channels intended for communication with the wider Kronos community.

Private messages, guild channels, and other clearly private conversations may use any language, provided the content does not violate other server rules.

Advertising & Server Integrity

Advertising other private servers, competing communities, unauthorized services, or malicious websites is prohibited.

Players may not attempt to recruit Kronos players to competing servers through spam, mass messaging, or deceptive advertising.

Staff Impersonation & False Information

Pretending to be a GM, moderator, administrator, or other member of the Kronos Staff is strictly prohibited.

Players may not spread fabricated Staff announcements, fake punishments, false event information, or misleading claims intended to cause disruption.

Disciplinary Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, Staff may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, chat restrictions, character penalties, removal of items or rewards, or permanent account termination.

Severe offenses may result in immediate punishment without a prior warning.

Staff decisions are made to protect the integrity and stability of the Shaiya Kronos community.

Kill Stealing & Boss Etiquette

Kill stealing common monsters that are already being actively farmed by another player is prohibited. Players are expected to respect established farming spots and avoid intentionally interfering with another player's gameplay.

Bosses, raid bosses, dungeon bosses, and special event monsters should be approached with proper etiquette. If a player or party has clearly engaged a boss first, other players should not intentionally interfere with or attempt to take the kill.

Repeated or intentional kill stealing, especially when done to harass or disrupt another player, may result in disciplinary action.

Boss & Raid Rights

The first player, party, or raid to legitimately engage a boss has priority over the encounter until it is completed.

Attempting to deliberately take over a boss, interfere with an ongoing raid, or exploit mechanics to deny another group its legitimate kill may be treated as disruptive behavior.

Staff may intervene when disputes arise and will have the final authority in determining whether an encounter was intentionally disrupted.

Faction Integrity & Espionage

Players must respect the separation between the Alliance of Light and Union of Fury.

Creating, maintaining, or using characters on the opposing faction for the purpose of scouting raids, revealing player locations, feeding information, manipulating PvP encounters, or sabotaging organized gameplay is strictly prohibited.

Using alternate accounts or characters to gain an unfair cross-faction advantage may result in penalties against all accounts involved.

Safe Zones & Spawn Protection

Attacking, repeatedly killing, or intentionally trapping players in protected areas, dungeon entrances, spawn locations, or other designated safe zones is prohibited.

Players may not abuse map geometry, NPCs, terrain, portals, or other mechanics to create an unfair or unintended PvP advantage.

PvP Integrity

PvP is an important part of Shaiya Kronos, but all competitive gameplay must remain within the intended mechanics of the server.

Exploiting PvP mechanics, intentionally feeding kills, manipulating rankings, abusing alternate accounts, or arranging artificial victories for rewards or rankings is prohibited.

Guilds and players found deliberately manipulating competitive systems may have rankings, rewards, or other benefits removed.

Guild Ranking Battle (GRB)

The integrity of the Guild Ranking Battle (GRB) system must be maintained at all times.

Exploiting GRB mechanics, abusing unintended interactions, or deliberately manipulating the event to gain an unfair ranking advantage is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Exploiting portals or map mechanics to target low-level players in Level 15 or Level 30 zones.
• Abusing Resurrection Skills or Leader Resurrection mechanics to create an unfair advantage.
• Abusing Tactical Resurrection Runes (TRR) or similar mechanics in an unintended manner.
• Intentionally manipulating GRB mechanics, kills, deaths, or rankings.
• Using alternate characters or accounts to interfere with or manipulate another guild's GRB performance.

GRB Consequences

Guilds found deliberately engaging in exploitative or fraudulent GRB behavior may face severe disciplinary action.

Depending on the severity of the offense, consequences may include:

• Removal of GRB ranking or rewards.
• Suspension of participating accounts.
• Disqualification from the relevant GRB ranking period.
• Guild disbandment in cases of serious or repeated exploitation.
• Restrictions or disciplinary action against the Guild Leader's account.

Severe offenses may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

Exploits & Bug Abuse

Discovering a bug does not give a player permission to use it.

Any exploit that provides an unintended advantage, duplicates items or currency, bypasses restrictions, damages server stability, or otherwise abuses game mechanics must be reported to Staff.

Knowingly abusing or distributing an exploitable bug may result in severe disciplinary action, including permanent account suspension.

Botting, Automation & Third-Party Software

The use of bots, unauthorized automation, macros, scripts, packet manipulation, or third-party software that provides an unfair gameplay advantage is strictly prohibited.

Players may not automate farming, combat, trading, movement, or other gameplay systems in a manner that replaces active player participation.

Advertising

Advertising or promoting other private servers, competing services, unauthorized services, or external communities through the Shaiya Kronos game client, Discord, or official Kronos platforms is strictly prohibited.

This includes direct advertisements, promotional links, recruitment messages, referral codes, or other content intended to redirect players away from Shaiya Kronos.

Confirmed advertising of competing servers or services will result in a permanent ban.

Staff may also remove unauthorized promotional content immediately and take additional action against associated accounts where appropriate.

Multi-Accounting

Using more than one character simultaneously for PvP, raids, boss hunts, or Altar captures is strictly prohibited.

Players may not use multiple accounts or characters to gain an unfair advantage during active gameplay.

Playing or controlling characters from both factions simultaneously is also strictly forbidden.

Vote System Abuse

The Vote System must be used fairly and only by legitimate players.

Creating, using, or controlling additional accounts for the purpose of generating extra AP or vote rewards is strictly prohibited.

Any player found abusing the Vote System may have all associated accounts permanently deleted, along with a permanent IP ban.

Automation & AFK Farming

The use of bots, macros, auto-clickers, scripts, or any other form of automated gameplay is strictly prohibited.

Players must remain actively engaged while performing gameplay activities.

Follow-along behavior within active groups is permitted, provided the player is not using automation and is genuinely participating in the group.

Client Modifications & Unauthorized Software

Modified clients, hacks, speed tools, packet manipulation software, injectors, or unauthorized third-party programs that provide or enable an unfair gameplay advantage are strictly prohibited.

Confirmed use of prohibited software will result in a permanent HWID ban.

Attempting to bypass, conceal, or circumvent detection may result in additional account and hardware-level sanctions.

Exploits & Bug Abuse

Abusing bugs, glitches, unintended mechanics, or server vulnerabilities to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.

Players who discover a bug must report it through the official Discord Ticket System and must not share, reproduce, or exploit the issue for personal or competitive gain.

Knowingly abusing an exploit after discovering it may result in severe disciplinary action, including permanent account or hardware bans.

System Integrity

Players are expected to protect the integrity of Shaiya Kronos and its competitive environment.

Any attempt to manipulate server systems, circumvent restrictions, interfere with security measures, or gain an unintended advantage may result in immediate disciplinary action.

Staff reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and apply appropriate sanctions when server integrity has been compromised.

PvP / Boss Hunt Leadership

Raid Leaders are responsible for maintaining fair and organized boss hunts. Leadership may not be used to avoid PvP or manipulate raid mechanics.

• Raid Leaders may NOT summon players to the Auction House or any other non-PvP map to avoid a PvP encounter.
• Raid Leaders may NOT disband a raid for the purpose of avoiding PvP.
• If a Leader does not wish to participate in PvP, they must leave the raid and allow another qualified member to take leadership.
• Leaders, Sub-Leaders, and raid members are expected to follow these rules consistently and without favoritism.

Raid Join Mode

Raid Join Mode must remain Open while a boss is above 50% HP and located outside a designated PvP zone.

Once the boss has been defeated or the encounter has reset, Join Mode must be returned to Auto.

When switching the raid to Manual, the Leader must immediately remove players who do not meet the requirements.

Waiting until the boss is nearly dead before removing an ineligible player is strictly prohibited.

To prevent misunderstandings, the Leader, Sub-Leader, or another authorized raid member must clearly inform any removed player of the reason for their removal.

Loot Transparency

Public raids must use Group Loot by default.

Raid Leaders are encouraged to hold a vote before changing the loot system. If a majority of participating raid members agrees, the loot setting may be changed to Random Loot.

Loot settings must not be manipulated to unfairly benefit the Leader, Sub-Leader, or selected members of the raid.

Raid Member Requirements

Players participating in boss raids must meet the applicable level and equipment requirements.

Starter gear is strictly prohibited in boss raids, including raids taking place in:

• Level 15 PvP Zones
• Level 30 PvP Zones
• Level 60 PvP Zones

Players may be removed when they fail to meet the requirements of the current boss or raid.

Raid Kicks

Raid members may only be removed for legitimate gameplay-related reasons, including:

• AFK or leeching for more than 3 minutes
• Being away from the raid location for more than 3 minutes
• Inadequate gear to survive standard boss encounters
• Being 5 or more levels below the boss level
• Refusing to follow reasonable raid instructions
• Failing to meet the required level for the specific boss or PvP zone

Raid Leaders may not remove players for personal reasons, favoritism, loot manipulation, or retaliation.

Level Requirements

PvP60 Bosses

• Players may not be more than 5 levels below the boss level.
• Example: A Level 62 boss may be joined by players Level 57 or higher.

PvP15 Bosses

• Only Level 15 characters may participate.

PvP30 Bosses

• Only Level 30 characters may participate.

Proelium Boss

• Minimum required level: 15

Cantabilian Boss

• Minimum required level: 30

Players who do not meet the applicable requirements must not be allowed to participate in the raid.

Boss Announcements

Major boss spawns must be announced in Trade Chat so that the community has a fair opportunity to participate.

After the boss has been announced, players have 3 minutes to form or join a raid.

If no raid is formed within 3 minutes, the boss may be killed by a solo player.

Once a legitimate raid has formed, normal raid governance, leadership, loot, and participation rules apply.

Fair Play & Enforcement

Raid Leaders are expected to enforce these rules consistently and transparently.

Abusing raid leadership, manipulating Join Mode, deliberately avoiding PvP, unfairly removing players, or manipulating loot may result in disciplinary action against the responsible player or Leader.

Staff may intervene in raid disputes and will have final authority when determining whether raid rules have been violated.

Evidence Requirements

All reports must contain clear, relevant, and unedited evidence supporting the reported violation.

Evidence must be submitted directly through the official Shaiya Kronos Discord Ticket System.

Required Evidence

Whenever possible, reports should include:

• Visible date and time
• Clearly visible character names
• Clear context showing the alleged violation
• Screenshots or video recordings that allow Management to understand what occurred

Evidence should show enough context to determine what happened and should not intentionally omit relevant information.

Evidence Integrity

Screenshots and videos must be original and unedited.

Edited, cropped, manipulated, blurred, or otherwise insufficient evidence may be disregarded at the discretion of Management.

Reports based solely on accusations, speculation, or incomplete evidence may not result in disciplinary action.

False or Malicious Reports

Players must not submit fabricated evidence or intentionally make false reports against other members of the community.

Submitting manipulated evidence, knowingly providing false information, or abusing the reporting system may result in disciplinary action against the reporting player.

Management Review

All submitted evidence will be reviewed by Management or authorized Staff.

Management reserves the right to request additional information or evidence when necessary.

The final determination regarding whether a violation occurred rests with Shaiya Kronos Management.

1. RMT Is at Your Own Risk

Real Money Trading (RMT), including the buying, selling, or exchanging of in-game items, accounts, characters, currency, services, or other game-related assets for real-world money, is permitted at your own risk.

Shaiya Kronos does not endorse, guarantee, or protect RMT transactions between players.

2. No RMT Discussions or Advertisements on Official Platforms

RMT discussions, advertisements, offers, requests, or arrangements are strictly forbidden on:

• Shaiya Kronos in-game chat
• The official Shaiya Kronos Discord server

Players may discuss or arrange RMT through private messages or platforms outside the official Shaiya Kronos Discord and in-game chat, provided they understand that such transactions are entirely at their own risk.

Violating this rule on official Shaiya Kronos platforms may result in penalties.

3. No Staff Responsibility

The Shaiya Kronos staff team will not be responsible for any issues resulting from RMT, including but not limited to:

• Scams
• Lost items or currency
• Lost accounts or characters
• Chargebacks
• Fraud
• Disputes between players
• Failed or incomplete transactions

The staff will not investigate, reverse, or restore losses resulting from RMT.

4. No Middleman Service

Staff members will never act as middlemen, guarantors, or intermediaries for RMT transactions under any circumstances.

Do not ask staff to verify, hold, transfer, or secure items or money involved in an RMT transaction.

5. Penalties

Any player found discussing, advertising, promoting, or arranging RMT on Shaiya Kronos official Discord channels or in-game chat may receive penalties, including warnings, mutes, suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Trade at Your Own Risk

If you choose to engage in RMT through private messages or platforms outside the official Shaiya Kronos channels, understand that you do so entirely at your own risk.

Shaiya Kronos provides no protection, compensation, investigation, or recovery for any resulting loss.
